About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Domain Support Specialist to secure technical capability as part of Automated Ops 24/7 running of Services & includes diagnosis, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment & field technical support.
What you will do
Higher level Skill/knowledge and operation experience in 2nd Level troubleshooting of incident for DWDM , SDH & IP Technology.
Candidate must have good communication skills and stakeholder management.
Must have quality of leadership with good experience in customer call handling.
Experience of working on network equipment in DWDM, SDH & IP nodes
Hands-on experience for Ciena DWDM 6500, Ciena L2 & L3 devices, ECI SDH nodes & Sync devices.
Knowledge and experience of MS Operations via NOC
Good Major & Critical Service outage handling.
Coordination with Vendors and other stakeholders.
Support configuration management activities.
Support in routine health check-up & preventive activities.
Owns responsibility of Incidents understands the issue and drives for closure by coordinating with all teams
Identification and support in automation of activities by internal/external automation team.
Support configuration management & FNI activities
On-time Change approval post validation.
Supporting PM team for detailed analysis.
Sharing learnings with wider teams.
KSS & MOP development for future reference
Ensures the processes are being followed and no timeline/ SLA/KPI are missed by any resolving agent in the system.
Identification and support in automation of activities by internal/external automation team.
Daily reprioritization of work and targets to meet end goals as per operational situations.
