Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Engineer Trainee – Sales to join our team in Pune. The candidate will assist in handling Original Equipment (OE) Sales, support Key Account Management (KAM) activities, and develop strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in managing OE customer accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Assist in Key Account Management (KAM) by maintaining strong relationships with major clients.
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for smooth order execution.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.

Required Skills:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–1 years of experience, preferably in OE Sales or industrial/engineering products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong learning attitude with interest in technical and commercial aspects of sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
