1. To ensure Preventive maintenance of press tools / Jigs / Welding fixtures and gauges
2. To ensure 100 % availability of press tools / Jigs / Welding fixtures and gauges
3. To ensure that all safety precautions are taken while manufacturing tools
4. Maintain & monitor inventories of spares for all wear / tear parts
5. To educate the operators for operating & maintain of press tools / Jigs / Welding fixtures and gauges
6. To plan for spare parts required for critical press tools / Jigs / Welding fixtures and gauges
7. To maintain the documents related to ISO/TS 16949 : 2009.
8. To co-ordinate with internal customers and supplier for spares management
9. To maintain Tools and fixture maint. In line with MSES requirement
