Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Quality Assurance (AS9100)

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AS9100D implementation and compliance. The ideal candidate will support our quality assurance operations, ensure product and process conformance, and assist in internal audits and documentation within our aerospace-grade composites manufacturing setup. This role offers the opportunity to work in a greenfield facility focused on high-performance composites for aerospace and automotive applications. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management & Compliance: · Assist in implementing and maintaining AS9100D-compliant Quality Management System (QMS). · Support internal audits, process checks, and documentation for compliance. · Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs. · Coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) and support implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). · Participate in first article inspection (FAI) and production part approval processes (PPAP). · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality planning and ensure product conformity. Technical Expertise: · Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. · Experience: 3–5 years in Quality Assurance in aerospace or composites sector or any AS9100 working environment. · Standards Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of AS9100D (mandatory); familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO27001 is a plus.
