Job Description

Role

As Process Engineer at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for developing process concepts and implementing manufacturing processes. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and methods.
Drawing study and interpretation (GD&T knowledge)
Preparation of Engineering documentation (PPAP) and Work instructions.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) softwares for 3D modelling, drafting and validation.
Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transition of new products into production
Feasibility study, Risk analysis, Contract review, PFMEA and APQP
Analyse data to identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions
Evaluate existing processes and methods to identify areas for improvement.
