Educational Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile) with knowledge of automobile parts Relevant Experience 3-6 years of experience in design with a strong technical background. ＜Required Skill Set＞ Able to do 3D design & 2D drawing of tooling equipment’s for Automatic/Manual line Able to calculate Stress, Deflection & Gripper payload Knowledge in Pneumatics circuit design Able to do validate design & drawings release for manufacturing Hands on experience in Tooling Installation & commissioning skill & solve concerns in physical phase Required CAD knowledge - ICAD,NX,CATIA,Autocad Exposure to all Body shop process Manufacturing Process Understanding Robot & Human simulation skill using Process Simulate Knowledge in GD & T and ISO standards for mechanical design Ergonomic & Safety standard knowledge Able to prepare and validate the sequence of operation Personal Characteristics & Behaviours Strong communication, interpersonal skills Ability to work with deadlines & without supervision Analytical skills and logical thinking Adaptability and learning skills, Imagination skills, Proactive approach.
