Job Description

Responsible for structural design, analysis, and execution of industrial projects, ensuring compliance with codes, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform structural design and analysis for buildings, foundations, and industrial structures as per IS codes.
Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, calculation reports, and design documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is met.
Conduct risk and safety assessments, support site execution, and resolve technical issues.
Use design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD) for modeling and verification.
Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.
5-12+ years experience in structural design and execution (industrial projects preferred).
Proficiency in IS codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893); knowledge of NBC and global codes (ACI, Eurocode) is a plus.
Strong understanding of RCC/PCC design, footing analysis, rebar detailing, force transfer mechanisms, and finite element modeling.
Hands-on experience in site supervision and contractor management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-project handling skills.

Preferred Sector Exposure : Pharma, Chemical, Oil & Gas, or other industrial projects.
