Role Overview: As an Engineer / Senior Engineer at Titan's Case Machine Shop in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of watch cases to ensure they meet high-quality standards. Working closely with the engineering team, you will develop and implement efficient processes for production. This hands-on role demands strong technical skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain CNC machines for producing watch cases as per specifications - Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software - Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues - Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance processes - Train and mentor junior team members - Maintain a safe and clean work environment - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of CNC machines and programming - Experience in the watch or jewelry industry preferred - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Additional Details: Titan is a leading manufacturer of watches and wearables, known for innovative designs and high-quality products.
