Job Description

As a Salesperson at KONE India, you will play a crucial role in proactively managing customer relationships, identifying and closing deals to meet customer needs, and contributing to KONE's order book and profitability. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing customer relationships in your designated area, enhancing KONE's position within the customer base, and generating leads and sales opportunities for the entire sales team. You will be expected to handle requests for quotations, actively pursue opportunities outside the current customer base, and ensure that sales targets and pricing objectives are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for aligning KONE's solutions with customer needs, optimizing pricing strategies, and validating contract contents to reflect successful negotiation outcomes. In this role, you will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and visits, utilizing CRM tools for accurate reporting. You will also gather market and competitor information, support finance functions in money collection, and drive the execution of your individual sales plan. The ideal candidate for this position should have a total experience of 8 to 13 years, with a Bachelor's degree in engineering. Key skills required include expertise in selling cycle management, pricing strategies, and purchasing processes, as well as proficiency in sales funnel management, business planning, and market analysis. An analytical mindset for interpreting MIS reports and staying aware of market dynamics and competitors is essential.
