Role Overview: - You will be responsible for providing technical support in the development and implementation of customer applications and company products. This will involve conducting on-site enhancements, maintenance, and support for both new and existing systems. Additionally, you will be required to implement new product configurations, software upgrades, install network devices, and hardware components or peripherals. Your role will also include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical problems that may arise.
