JD for Engineer - RAN (BAL_Network.HO_Network.Mobility.Digitization_IND_1236_Airtel Core)

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Telecom Domain and must have in NOC.
Experience in Fault management and Alarm Monitoring
Expertise in 2G/4G/5G RAN Network Operation and Maintenance
Basic understanding of Linux.
Basic understating of database, coding languages SQL, Python

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Telecom Domain and must have experience in Operations and Management of RAN Network and Microwave Radio network in NOC.
Ensure 247 support to all supporting team and ensure efficient delivery of all projects.
Expertise in 2G/4G/5G RAN Network Operation and Maintenance of BTS, eNodeB, gNodeB
Experience in tool of Alarm Monitoring, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Fault Management and Backup Management
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Perform troubleshoot on all processes and resolve all issues in network and develop all associate manuals and Process documents.
Known to procedures for all OSS work and provide support to all fault analysis on programs.
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix.
Basic knowledge of database coding languages SQL, Python
Knowledge in RAN KPIs and Capacity Management
