Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage field information related to defective parts and quality concerns
Handle defective parts recovery and dispatch for the domestic market
Coordinate with DHL for part recovery and logistics for the export market
Prepare executive summaries and monthly KPI reports using PowerPoint
Maintain concern and defect data in Power BI for tracking and analysis
Monitor bill settlements and payments related to parts handling and recovery
Coordinate with MSIL for part-related queries, including FTIR replies
Perform regular follow-up and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of quality concerns
Support other related tasks as assigned by the department
