· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6 + years experience in NPD. (preferably in a managerial or leadership role in rubber hose manufacturing industry) · Strong project management skills · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. · Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. · Cross-functional Collaboration · Launch and Commercialization of new products · Product Development. · IATF documents for NPD. · Knowledge in SPC, MSA, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plan. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/06/2025
