Kindly share your resume on sv14@svmanagement.com Weld Process engineering: Kaizen in existing process, Line trial for new Model introduction, installation arrangements. Validation of Cycle Time of each station during Line trial Confirmation of Spot Positions & weld Quality by performing destructive & Non-Destructive test. Local Equipment plan and spec sheet preparation and procurement and PO arrangements. Carry out trial and validation for pallet, trolley for material handling Installation and commissioning of Jigs, equipment, line as per schedule Prepare nugget sheet, drawings for weld body destructive test. Conduct trial with production for local tools, equipment & handover to production EWO handling, Implementation, PPAP, APQP approval from customer Preparation on BOM, BOP, SOS, Design review, GD&T update, 3D Drawing data, Fixture design review Welding fixture correction, Modification & development of new fixture as per requirement. Responsible for Weld parameter setup & resolve the weld quality related issue. Required: BE-Mech./ Dipl. in Mech. with More than 5 Yrs. Process Engineering in automotive welding industry Knowledge: Automobile, Welding, NX & CATIA Software (Mandatory) Welding Process Engineering, Basics of Jigs and Fixtures, Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing, PPAP, ISO 9001 Quality systems, Machine design fundamentals, 3D software working experience (NX/ CATIA), AutoCAD is preferable.
