Job Description

Responsibilities:- Monitoring of Break Down & Maintenance (CTL, Annealing Line, Pickling Line, 4 Hi & 20 Hi Mill). Planning of preventive, corrective & routine maintenance. Maintenance of High pressure Hydraulic power pack system Maintenance of Low pressure Hydraulic power pack system. Maintenance of Coolant system. Maintenance of hydraulic & pneumatic machine. Maintenance of EOT crane. Troubleshooting in Hydraulics & Pneumatic systems. Responsible to plan material requirement for monthly and major shutdowns and monitor the performance of shutdowns. Manpower planning Knowledge of utility equipments. nspection of Rolling Mill equipments to avoid break down Maintain of ISO related documents & break down reports. Desired Candidate :- Should be BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical engineering. Should have experience of 4-8 years. Should be from steel industry only. Would be responsible for sphere parts maintenance. Would be responsible for follow-up with vendors. Would be responsible for all preventionary measures which are to be done. Would be responsible for day to day activities. Should have good presentation skills of technical topics and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Computer Skilled :- Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP/ERP/ Oracle with extensive use of computers at all levels. Quality Management Systems :- Implementation of ISO-10006, ISO- 50001, ISO- 9000, ISO- 9001, ISO- 2008, EMS 14001, OHAS -18001 systems. TPM, WCM, Six igma,
