Relevant Experience

Power press:

1. Having good knowledge power press working principle. Having hands on Experience power press geometrical test

2.Having knowledge and hands on experiencePower press Lubrications system working principle and importance

3.Having Knowledge on Clutch/brake working principle, Hands on experience added advantage

4. Having knowledge and Hands on experince on Overload production system of press

5. Good Knowledge and Hands on Experience in Power press Preventive/Timebased/Predictive Maintenance

Hydraulic Press:

1. Good Knowledge on hydraulic press working principle

2.Hands on Experience on Troubleshooting of Hydaulic press related problems

3. Can able to read and understand the hydraulic circuit and design basic level hydraulic circuit

4. should have knowledge different types of hydraulic valves and purpose

5.Should Hands on Experience on hydraulic valves and cylinders reconditioning

6. Should have knowledge of different types of Hydraulic pumps

CNC machines:

1.Having Good knowledge on how CNC machine working principle

2. Having hands on Experience carried out CNC geometrical test

3.Having good knowledge and hands experience CNC dual spindle /single spindle 5 axis machine trouble shooting. Having good knowledge on Ball screw replacement, Spindle Rebuild, Slide bearings replacement, Belt replacement, ATC working functions and troubleshooting

4.Having knowledge and hands on experience CNC Lubrications system working principle and importance

5.Having good knowledge and hands on Fanuc systems, PMC, CNC parameters and troubleshooting

6.Having Knowledge of CNC Machine preventive /Time based/ Breakdown maintenance

General mechanical maintenance experience

1. Should have good knowledge on difference type of gear box transmissions and purpose

2. Should have hands on experience of different types of conveying system

3.Should have good experience on vacuum pump, centrifugal pump different types

4. Should have knowledge on different types of pipe and flanges and material wise , Pipe fittings, can able to differentiate pipe fittings with different standard

5. Should have good knowledge on fasteners both metric ,BSW and UNC, grade, torque requirement

6.should have good Engineering Drawing knowledge, can be able to read and make Robust new design with deep understanding of requirement

7. Should have good Knowledge in Pneumatics and hydraulics

8.Should have knowledge Electrical and PLC programming and troubleshooting

6. Good Knowledge in MS-office.
7. Urge to update knowledge on the latest technologies available.
