About Latinum:

Senior Engineer

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage finishing works on construction sites including flooring, painting, false ceiling, fittings, etc.
Oversee project handover activities including snag rectification, final inspection, and documentation.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site teams for timely completion.
Prepare and follow detailed execution schedules.
Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.
Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and plans.
Track project progress and report regularly to management.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
7–8 years of hands-on experience in high-rise/multistory building projects
Proven experience in finishing works and handover management
Proficient in AutoCAD and site planning tools
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to handle on-site challenges and resolve issues efficiently

Preferred Industry Experience:

Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure
