Engineer

Purpose

To understand and execute the project as per the client agreement and KMIPL Standard Operating Processes. The project shall be executed as per agreed time line and project schedule.

Main

• Manage all aspects of projects for E&I division from design to implementation.
• To review the client requirement, process requirement and proposal estimate, ERP equipment list.
• To co-ordinate with Client Manager for schedule preparation.
• To prepare E&I resource plan for the project
• To perform following technical activities :-
• Preparation of Feeder list.
• Prepare the section wise electrical load data and crosschecked with performance guaranty
• Prepare E&I data sheets and raise the enquires to multiple vendors
• Technical evaluations for E&I items
• Prepare BOQs for E&I items
• Instrument sizing & selection
• Review P&ID & PFD.
• Review of MDS/ BOI data sheets for all equipment
• Review the site plan, equipment layout for E&I related activities
• Vendor drawing approval
• Preparing instrument hook-up drawings
• Preparing E&I cable tray layouts
• Identify, review and finalize the E&I tie-in points on the plot plan
• Inventory utilization

4 Yrs Professional experience in Electrical and electronics engineering etc. in Manufacturing industry/EPC.
