Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze customer requirements to determine suitable solutions for complex technical problems
Create technical documentation such as diagrams, flowcharts, and formulas to support project implementation
Guide and support junior engineers on assigned projects within their area of expertise
Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems and processes
Develop innovative product or system designs based on customer specifications and market demands
Explore existing technologies for novel applications in solving engineering challenges
Review existing concepts and products to ensure they comply with industry regulations, standards, and company policies
Prepare technical proposals, identify project risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
Estimate cost and schedule requirements for engineering projects and evaluate results upon completion
