Engineer for Building Material Lab/ Civil Testing

As an experienced candidate in the field of Science Research and Development and Engineering, you will be responsible for the following: - Attending day-to-day service activities. - Standardizing and validating new protocols. - Providing field service support including validation, troubleshooting, and more. - Handling customer complaints regarding services. - Conducting technical classes and service training for customers, end-users, and the marketing team. - Travelling as and when necessary. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma/Degree in Civil. - 2-4 years of experience in Material or Food testing laboratory. - Experience in customer service management and service documentation. - Good presentation skills and proficiency in English. - Ability to work independently under tight timelines and multitask. - Strong negotiation skills and customer focus. - Team player with the ability to work in a multi-racial environment.
