Engineer for Building Material Lab/Civil Testing

As an experienced individual in the field of Science Research and Development and Engineering, you will have the following responsibilities: - Attend day-to-day service activities efficiently. - Standardize and validate new protocols. - Offer field service support, which includes validation, troubleshooting, and more. - Address customer complaints regarding services. - Conduct technical classes and service training for customers, end-users, and marketing team. - Be prepared for occasional travels as required. The qualifications required for this position are as follows: - Diploma/Degree in Civil. - 2-4 years of experience in Material or Food testing laboratory. - Proficiency in customer service management and service documentation. - Strong presentation skills and excellent command of English. - Ability to work independently under tight timelines and handle multitasking effectively. - Good negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. - Team player with the ability to work in a multi-racial environment.,
