Job Description

We seek a seasoned professional to join our team as Lead Engineer-Electrical. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and 15-22 years of industry experience. Expertise in ETAP, SEL, and various lighting design software is crucial. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industries. As part of our team, you will lead electrical design and analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Join us in driving innovation and excellence in engineering.

Main Accountabilities:

Assists in compiling, verifying, and correlating information and data relating to the implementation of electrical engineering requirements.
Assists in MR/TBT/VDR of electrical packages, equipment sizing calculations, technical services for procurement.
Performs interdisciplinary checks.
Assists in layout engineering, system studies, electrical calculations and report generation.
Co-ordinates assigned work with other technical personnel as directed.
Assists in development and verification of project control document and status report.
Interacts with design staff for generation of SLD, Interconnection drawings, control schematics, layouts.
Review of 3D model
Lighting calculation
Meets all QHSE requirements.

Main tasks:

Exercises following:
Overall delivery of technical deliverables of the task force
Receives administrative and technical supervision from senior engineers, group leaders.
Leadership of technical issue resolution
Productive utilization and absorption of engineering and design resources
Prioritization and planning of engineering activities and deliverables
Performs discipline engineering scope
Supports field technical issues and support team leads in technical communications with clients/vendors when required.

Qualifications / Skills:

bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 6-8 years of relevant industry experience.
Conversant with ETAP, SEL and other Lighting software.
Experience in Oil &Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer industries is preferred.
Shall be we'll versed with Indian& International codes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. Ability to foster communication within diverse cultural environments.
