Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad for the position of Owner at the Mathematics Association. The Owner will oversee the planning and execution of workshops, competitions, and events, ensuring they effectively engage and inspire the university's math community. Responsibilities include leading the strategic direction of the association, managing team members, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, and maintaining collaborative relationships with faculty and external organizations. The role also involves ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and guiding the association toward achieving its mission.

• Proficiency in organizational strategy, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for mathematics and experience organizing math-focused events or programs
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in public speaking, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in mathematics, the sciences, management, or related fields
• Prior knowledge or experience in student associations or community leadership is an advantage
