Job Description

As a Proposal Manager at Adobe, your role will be crucial in supporting the sales and solution consulting team to secure strategic new business opportunities. You will be responsible for analyzing, structuring, and presenting innovative creative proposals to clients and partners, recommending Adobe solutions to address complex business challenges. Your ability to connect with both prospective and existing customers will be key in expanding relationships and showcasing the value of Adobe's Digital Experience product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Work on qualified sales opportunities to tailor responses to customer requirements. - Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants to identify technology fitment and align with customer needs. - Manage the end-to-end proposal plan, from initiation to submission. - Drive the proposal process, facilitate workshops, and manage deliverable work-streams effectively. - Develop customer-facing technical and business assets that are compelling and creative. - Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from various stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you will establish yourself as an influential leader in proposal management and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You will lead, mentor, and manage opportunities and teams to drive organizational success. By consistently addressing gaps in meeting customer needs and delivering on Adobe's strategic imperatives, you will play a crucial role in the success of the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Technology or an MBA with significant experience in presales. - Prior experience and deep knowledge in areas such as Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, and Content and Commerce. - 5-8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Cloud-based product implementation, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce. - Strong project management skills in delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and independent mindset. - Proficiency in stakeholder management, executive presence, and strong communication skills. - Skilled in word processing and graphic programs like Office Suite, Adobe XD, and Photoshop. - Passion for learning about industry and technology trends, with a high level of energy and drive.
