Key Responsibilities

• Agile Transformation Leadership

  Drive the adoption of agile practices (SAFe/LeSS) across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mentoring stakeholders at all levels.

• Project Planning and Execution

  Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scopes and objectives, creating actionable plans for successful delivery.

• Team Management

  Build and lead

  cross-functional agile teams

• Coaching and Mentoring

  Provide hands-on guidance in agile best practices, helping teams improve their delivery capabilities and continuously enhance their agile maturity.

• Risk and Issue Management

  Identify project risks early, and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years

  of experience in

  engagement management

  or

  project management

  , with 2-4 years specifically in

  cloud delivery

  .

• Expertise in agile methodologies

  (SAFe/LeSS) with hands-on experience in managing

  large, complex projects

  in digital and

  cloud technology environments

  .

• Leadership Skills

  Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, inspire collaboration, and promote innovation.

• Stakeholder Management

  Exceptional skills in managing and influencing stakeholders, including senior executives.

• Problem-Solving

  Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on managing risks and solving complex project-related challenges.

• Adaptability

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to evolving project needs and challenges.

• Continuous Learning

  Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends in agile methodologies and technology delivery.

• EM Level 2+ certification
