Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Engagement Manager in the CEO Office. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, managing projects, and providing consulting support to the CEO. Key tasks include analyzing data, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of projects, and facilitating effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
