Energy Transition Strategist

As an Energy Transition Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing strategies to accelerate the shift towards sustainable, low-carbon energy solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to facilitate the company's transition to renewable and low-carbon energy solutions. - Conducting market research, scenario planning, and policy analysis focused on decarbonization and sustainability. - Evaluating investment opportunities in clean energy technologies such as solar, wind, hydrogen, storage, CCUS, etc. - Providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding energy transition roadmaps. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business initiatives with climate and sustainability goals. - Monitoring regulatory frameworks, carbon pricing, and ESG requirements to maintain compliance and competitiveness. - Engaging with industry partners, policymakers, and investors to enhance external collaborations. - Preparing presentations, white papers, and reports for executives and stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Energy Policy, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in energy strategy, sustainability consulting, or renewable energy project development. - Strong understanding of global energy markets, carbon reduction strategies, and ESG frameworks. - Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of engaging senior executives and stakeholders. - Ability to work across disciplines and lead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.,
