Energy Transition Strategist

As an Energy Transition Strategist, your role involves shaping and implementing strategies to accelerate the shift towards sustainable, low-carbon energy solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing global energy trends, evaluating emerging technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to design pathways that balance business growth, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to support the company's transition to renewable and low-carbon energy solutions. - Conduct market research, scenario planning, and policy analysis related to decarbonization and sustainability. - Evaluate investment opportunities in clean energy technologies such as solar, wind, hydrogen, storage, CCUS, etc. - Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on energy transition roadmaps. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, R&D, policy) to align business initiatives with climate and sustainability goals. - Monitor regulatory frameworks, carbon pricing, and ESG requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness. - Engage with industry partners, policymakers, and investors to strengthen external collaborations. - Prepare presentations, white papers, and reports for executives and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Energy Policy, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in energy strategy, sustainability consulting, or renewable energy project development. - Strong understanding of global energy markets, carbon reduction strategies, and ESG frameworks. - Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior executives and stakeholders. - Ability to work across disciplines and lead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.,
