Facilitate coordination between engineering teams and cross-functional departments for seamless project execution. Track and report project progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership. Proactively identify challenges and support mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline). 47 years of hands-on experience managing renewable energy projects. Solid understanding of solar and wind systems, grid integration, and site-level operations. Familiarity with PPA structures, energy trading, and renewable energy regulations is a plus. Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or SAP.
