Job Description

Windows Endpoint Management Assist with day-to-day SCCM/MECM operations including software deployments, patch management, and imaging
Help maintain and update Windows 10/11 operating system images and task sequences
Support Windows 11 migration efforts by testing and validating upgrade packages
Create and manage software packages and applications within SCCM
Monitor SCCM health checks, client status, and compliance reports Security & Compliance Support deployment and maintenance of security agents (CrowdStrike, Tenable, Netskope)
Assist with Windows update and patch compliance monitoring and remediation
Help track device compliance status and generate reports for management
Support BitLocker encryption deployment and recovery key management Automation & Scripting. Learn to create and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint management tasks
Assist with automating routine maintenance and compliance checks
Help develop reporting tools to track device status and compliance metrics
Contribute to documentation of processes and procedures Device Lifecycle Management Support new device provisioning and autopilot enrollment processes
Assist with device inventory management and asset tracking
Help identify and remediate inactive or non-compliant devices
Support device retirement and data removal processes Technical Environment
