Job Title: Encompass Architect

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Encompass Architect to design, optimize, and enhance our Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Encompass workflows, architecture, integrations, and the mortgage loan life cycle.

Responsibilities

· Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade Encompass LOS solutions.

· Own Encompass system architecture, including workflows, personas, business rules, plugins, and custom configurations.

· Lead migration, upgrades, and system enhancements.

· Develop integration strategies using Encompass SDK, APIs, and third-party services.

· Ensure Encompass aligns with compliance requirements and mortgage standards.

· Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

· Troubleshoot complex Encompass system issues.

· Mentor Encompass Developers and support admin teams.

Required Skills & Experience

· 10+ years of Encompass LOS experience.

· Strong expertise in Encompass SDK, APIs, Plugin Development, and Developer Connect API.

· Hands-on knowledge of Milestones, personas, business rules, custom forms, and workflow automation.

· Deep understanding of mortgage loan origination workflows.

· Strong experience in architecture, system design, and implementation.

· Experience integrating Encompass with LOS add-ons, AUS engines, CRM platforms, etc.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

· ICE Encompass Certifications

· Experience with Ellie Mae/ICE tools and services

· Experience with additional LOS systems (Calyx, LendingSpace, MeridianLink, etc.)
