Job Description

Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects using agile methodologies.
Own roadmap and product vision for data capabilities.
Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable data solutions.
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Promote best practices in agile workflows and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record of delivering data products or platforms in agile settings.
Strong understanding of data development processes (BI/ML/AI) and scalable solution design.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data stack components such as Databricks and MS Fabric.
Knowledge of AzureDevOps/Jira or similar tools.
