Description
As an Enablement Lead for BI, ML & AI at Epiroc, your primary responsibility will be to guide the development of BI/ML and AI capabilities by aligning technical teams with business stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of scalable data solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects using agile methodologies. - Own the roadmap and product vision for data capabilities. - Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives. - Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable data solutions. - Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Promote best practices in agile workflows and continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in product or project management, ideally in data, analytics, or AI/ML environments. - Proven track record of delivering data products or platforms in agile settings. - Strong understanding of data development processes (BI/ML/AI) and scalable solution design. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in AzureDevOps/Jira or similar tools. - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data stack components such as Databricks and MS Fabric.
