Job Description

As an Employee Relations & Compliance (ER&C) Contractor, your role will involve providing region-specific support in internal investigations, compliance, performance management, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), training, and data analytics for the APJ (Asia Pacific & Japan) region. You will collaborate closely with People Business Partners (PBPs), Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure equity, uphold company values, and respond appropriately to employee concerns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Formally respond to confidential concerns and allegations of policy violation - Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and provide objective recommendations - Establish and support a regionally specific formal performance management process - Document investigative and performance management efforts using case management systems - Participate in the development, management, deployment, and facilitation of ER-related training - Partner with various teams to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance - Prioritize and address regional compliance needs effectively - Foster partnerships with business leaders and various internal teams In this role, you should have: - Strong ability to manage a high volume of work including investigations, performance management cases, and compliance projects - Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment - Project management experience - Willingness to support work across different time zones and regions - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally - Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication and high emotional intelligence - Respectful and empathetic approach to handling difficult employment situations - Autonomy to work within existing policies, procedures, and guidelines - Independent judgment, problem-solving skills, and creativity in solving complex problems **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 3+ years of relevant employee relations experience - Solid understanding of APJ regulations and employment requirements - Experience with data analytics in organizational health If you have experience with ServiceNow, Workday, and Google Workspace, it will be considered a plus.,
