Job Description

As a Recruiter in this role, your success will be evaluated based on your consistent delivery of excellent customer service to both internal and external candidates. You will be expected to collaborate effectively across all Business Units, act as a Trusted Advisor to hiring managers and leaders, and ensure the attraction, screening, and introduction of a diverse pool of applicants. Meeting and exceeding quarterly and yearly acquisition targets, primarily through direct sourcing and driving employee referrals, will be key metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on candidate pipelines and hires against requirements, contributing to a positive working environment, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and hire senior sales and technical professionals for various roles - Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members - Collaborate with the global recruiting team to implement recruiting programs and strategies - Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process and ensure successful onboarding Qualifications Required: - 3 to 8 years of proven experience in recruiting - 3+ years of experience in volume hiring for tech and support roles - Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement - Ability to proactively network and establish effective relationships - Proficiency in implementing recruiting strategies, employer promotion, diversity sourcing, and interview process management - Self-sufficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision - Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work in a team environment - Strong analytical skills for workflow management between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with evaluation based on core competencies for the role You will be evaluated on your ability to excel in sourcing and recruiting top talent, managing the hiring process efficiently, providing support to stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of the recruiting function within the organization.,
