Job Description

As an Employee Experience Associate in the People and Culture (HR) team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates who align with the organization's needs and culture. Your responsibilities will include conducting reference checks, coordinating with recruitment agencies, maintaining HR records, and addressing internal HR queries professionally and promptly. You will be expected to uphold confidentiality and data protection standards while actively engaging with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving HR and organizational goals by successfully completing related tasks and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit high-quality candidates aligned with organizational needs and culture. - Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information for authenticity. - Coordinate and maintain communication with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners. - Maintain and update HR records, including resumes, applicant tracking logs, and employee documentation. - Address internal HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner. - Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in handling employee information. - Actively engage with potential candidates, providing them with relevant information and support throughout the recruitment process. - Contribute to the achievement of human resources and organizational goals by successfully completing related tasks and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Required: - Interest in social enterprises as a means of creating impact. - Mission-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic with a belief in achieving transformational change. - High level of spoken and written fluency in English and Hindi. - Minimum graduate with 1-2 years of work experience. - Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment. - Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised. - Friendly and professional demeanor. - Knowledge of database software, office software, and email systems. - Action-biased with the ability to set priorities, plan, and meet timelines.,
