Job Objective

Support the effective and efficient function of the Fleet Performance Centre and build up BSM’s capability to oversee vessel efficiency and performance by establishing and implementing operational standards. Support and guide where needed, in order to provide the best possible decision support for optimizing the operation of BSM managed vessels to achieve the desired operational excellence in accordance with relevant legislation, industry best practice, quality standards and BSM sustainability goals.

Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

▪ Eng in Marine Engineering and/or Naval Architecture or equivalent▪ High GPA score

Job-Specific Skills

▪ Project & time management as well as organizational skills▪ Analytical thinking▪ Good technical knowledge of ship construction and marine machinery▪ Working knowledge of relevant classification and statutory requirements▪ Fluency in English ▪ High level of computer literacy ▪ Good communication skill
