Role Overview: TVS Motor Company is looking for an EMI EMC Responsible to study system functionality, define EMC test specifications, conduct testing, and provide support for homologation team. As an EMI EMC Responsible, you will be responsible for analyzing test results, preparing reports, and supporting the resolution of test failures. Additionally, you will be involved in lab maintenance, calibration, and NABL documentation support. Key Responsibilities: - Develop EMC Test Menu and DVP - Study system and sub-system schematics to understand EMC scenarios - Work with designers to comprehend component functionality - Set up tests for components/systems based on defined test menu and cases - Perform EMC testing, capture parameters, and analyze results against acceptance criteria - Conduct vehicle level tests for various EMC modes and define vehicles based on test results - Prepare type approval vehicles and assist in EMC type approval with testing agency - Analyze test results, prepare reports, and support in resolving test failures - Propose countermeasures to meet EMC specifications - Define lab maintenance and calibration schedule, perform required maintenance, and support NABL documentation - Maintain records supporting NABL activities of the lab Qualification Required: - Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, or Automobile - Knowledge of product engineering, automotive and EV fundamentals, engineering drawing, and basic quality management About TVS Motor: TVS Motor Company is a globally recognized two and three-wheeler manufacturer with a legacy of trust, value, and passion for customers.
