Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Embedded Trainer located in Salem. The Embedded Trainer will focus on delivering high-quality training programs in the field of Embedded Systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering course content, guiding students through hands-on projects and practical assignments, mentoring learners to enhance their understanding and skills, and providing support to ensure their successful career transition. The role also involves staying updated with the latest industry developments and incorporating them into training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Embedded Systems, including hardware and software integration
• Proficiency in core programming technologies like C, C++, and Assembly language
• Experience with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and relevant development tools
• Excellent teaching, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with problem-solving and mentorship to guide learners effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a learning environment
• Prior experience in training or mentoring will be an asset
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
