Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• M.E – Embedded Systems / VLSI / Power Systems / Power Electronics
• M.Sc – Electronics
• B.E – ECE / EEE

University Preference:

• Anna University, Tamil Nadu (Regular mode) candidates only
• Candidates from deemed universities or other states are not eligible

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Academic Performance:

• Minimum 70% in Graduation
• Minimum 65% in 10th & 12th

Role Overview

At MIET, we focus on innovation, research, and mentoring. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training, work on R&D projects, and support student skill development in advanced embedded technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Skill Development

• Work on Microcontrollers: 8051, ARM Cortex-M
• RTOS: QNX, Zephyr
• Programming: C, C++, Python, Linux
• Exposure to Android, Qt/QML, AI/ML tools
• FPGA, SoCs, DSP boards
• MATLAB – Model-Based Development
• Learn from industry experts & MNC professionals

R&D & Innovation

• Design and develop embedded applications
• Hardware–software integration
• Participate in PoCs, R&D projects, and prototyping

Mentorship

• Train and guide students with industry-ready skills

Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with Embedded, AI, and ML technologies

Skills Required

• Good communication and mentoring skills
• Strong interest in learning new technologies
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Interest in Embedded Systems, RTOS, FPGA, AI/ML

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills)
• Annual Increment: ₹4,000 per month after each completed year
• Exposure to advanced R&D projects and industry practices
