Embedded Network Engineer

Job Title: Senior UX Designer Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of user-centered designs for our B2B products in the networking industry. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical understanding, and practical application of UX principles to deliver intuitive and impactful digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end UX design process from research to final delivery for complex B2B products. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define design goals. Apply UX theory, best practices, and research methods to create wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs. Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across product interfaces. Utilize Figma and other design tools to produce visually compelling and functional designs. Communicate design concepts and rationales effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Partner with frontend developers to ensure seamless design implementation. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging UX methodologies. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree (required). Minimum 5+ years of proven UX design experience. Experience in B2B product design (required). Engineering background (preferred). Experience in the networking industry (preferred). Frontend development experience (beneficial). Knowledge & Skills Strong practical knowledge of UX theory and application. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design software. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UX projects (to be presented during the interview). Excellent communication skills in English. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
