Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for diagnosis and repair of embedded electronic components
Handle PCB-level repairs and replacement of faulty components
Responsible for troubleshooting ECM related issues
Ensure quality and precision in all repairs and technical interventions
Maintain accurate records of repair jobs and components used
Work in close coordination with the maintenance and operations teams
Adhere to project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of repair tasks
Support the team in achieving maximum uptime of equipment

Key Skills:

4+ years of practical experience in embedded electronics repair
Proven expertise in PCB-level diagnostics and component-level repairs, including ECM systems and similar control modules.
Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, automotive, marine, or heavy equipment sectors preferred
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently
Familiarity with testing tools, soldering, and diagnostics equipment
Good communication and documentation skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to consistently deliver quality repairs
