About the Role: We seek a skilled Embedded Electronics Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis and repair of embedded electronics systems including PCB, ECM units. A strong technical background, hands-on repair expertise, and the ability to deliver quality work are critical for this role. Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, automotive, marine, or heavy equipment sectors preferred Strong technical troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently Familiarity with testing tools, soldering, and diagnostics equipment Good communication and documentation skills A proactive mindset with the ability to consistently deliver quality repairs

Position Summary : The Transportation Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of heavy equipment movement, ODC/ project cargo, and FTL operations. The role involves ensuring safe and timely mobilization/ demobilization, cost optimization, vendor development, documentation accuracy, and smooth coordination with internal teams, clients, fleets, and on-ground personnel. Key Responsibilities : Plan and manage transportation of trailers, hydraulic axles, cranes, and oversized/project cargo. Execute and monitor FTL movements, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization and timely deliveries. Conduct route surveys and manage all statutory permits and compliance requirements. Oversee fleet readiness, GPS monitoring, movement schedules, and TAT. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for daily inbound/outbound planning. Verify packing lists, POs, SKUs, and ensure error-free dispatches. Develop transport vendors and strengthen direct sourcing channels. Negotiate competitive rates and drive cost optimization across movements. Resolve en-route issues: breakdowns, fuel support, RTO checks, tolls, and delays. Lead manpower across transport, dispatch, and yard operations. Maintain all documentation including permits, e-way bills, trip sheets, and logs. Prepare daily MIS on dispatches, fleet utilization, costs, and operational KPIs. Key Skills : Strong understanding of heavy logistics and ODC (Over-Dimensional Cargo) transport Vendor development & rate negotiation Operational planning & real-time problem solving Knowledge of RTO norms and transport compliance Team leadership and coordination Proficiency in Excel, GPS/TMS tools, and MIS reporting Experience in FTL operations, including route planning, transit monitoring, and cost optimization.
