In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Youll play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and representing our brand with empathy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer emails regarding product questions, order issues, billing inquiries, technical support, and general service information. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM or helpdesk platform. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. Continuously learn about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or email support role. Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or customer service are a plus.
