Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Review and verify KYC documents submitted by customers as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain records and support audits/compliance checks.
  • Provide exceptional service and uphold confidentiality of customer information.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance preferred).
  • 0–1 years of experience in email support or KYC documentation (freshers can apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
