Email Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Non-Voice Email Support Executives to join our team for the customer support process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling high volumes of customer service emails efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails regarding Acer products, services, and support issues.

• Maintain a daily average of at least 100 emails with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues as needed. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of complex queries.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer interactions.

• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar non-voice/email support role (preferably in tech or product-based support).

• Excellent written communication skills in English – grammar, clarity, and tone are critical.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and email management platforms is an added advantage.

• Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
