Email Marketing Specialist(NIght Shift)

As the primary point of contact for client queries and issues, you will be expected to understand client requirements and ensure the timely delivery of solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting detailed reports as per client and management requirements. Working experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, or Marketo will be beneficial. Proficiency in reporting and analyzing campaign performance, along with excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach, are essential. Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are required.
