As an Email Marketing Executive at our company located in Alkapuri, Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, enhance brand promotion, and drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and managing engaging email campaigns aligned with our marketing strategies, designing email templates, crafting compelling copy, and ensuring precise targeting. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, conducting A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness, and growing email lists while complying with data privacy regulations. Collaborating with design and content teams for campaign assets and reporting regularly on campaign performance to suggest improvements will also be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc., a solid understanding of marketing principles and audience segmentation, and strong written communication skills in English. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential attributes for success.
