Option Matrix is seeking a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager to lead our personalized B2B email marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in SaaS marketing, automation tools, and segmentation strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns that drive engagement, lead nurturing, and conversionsnot just bulk mailers, but smart, behavior-driven communications.
Email Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and execute personalized B2B email campaigns aligned with product and business objectives.
Build campaign calendars for product updates, client engagement, lead nurturing, and newsletters.
Manage opt-in/opt-out workflows and subscription preferences.
Content Coordination
Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to craft compelling email copy and CTAs.
Personalize emails based on recipient behavior, journey stage, and segmentation profiles.
List Management & Segmentation
Maintain clean and compliant email databases; implement robust segmentation strategies.
Ensure list hygiene and deliverability while adhering to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track key email metrics: open rates, click-through rates, bounce/unsubscribe rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email layouts, timing, and CTAs to optimize performance.
Marketing Automation
Set up and manage automated workflows including drip campaigns, follow-ups, and behavioral triggers (e.g., onboarding, cart abandonment).
Use platforms such as Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc.
CRM Integration & Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to align email strategies with CRM workflows (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
Enable lead scoring, nurturing, and sync campaigns with the sales pipeline.
Analytics & Reporting
Deliver clear, actionable weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
Use insights to refine strategies and improve results continuously.
Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure all communications are legally compliant and reflect email marketing best practices.
Stay updated with industry standards for deliverability, personalization, and engagement.
Email Platforms: Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot.
CRM Knowledge: Experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
Copywriting: Ability to write concise, persuasive, and conversion-focused email content.
Analytics & A/B Testing: Experience interpreting metrics and running structured A/B tests.
Automation: Proven experience setting up multi-step email automation and behavior-based triggers.
HTML/CSS Basics: Basic understanding of email-compatible design and responsive formatting.
Compliance-First Approach: Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and consent management.
Segmentation Mastery: Deep understanding of lead segmentation and lifecycle targeting.
Communication: Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to quality, formatting, and user experience.
