Email Marketing Lead

Position- E-mail Marketing

• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Plan, segment, and personalize email content as per customer data, demographics, and behavior to target diverse audience groups effectively.
• Collaborate with content teams to craft compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs aligned with brand voice and guidelines.
• Work with designers to create visually appealing and responsive email templates.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize emails for improved performance and user experience.
• Design, implement, and manage automation workflows, drip campaigns, and retention-focused email sequences to maximize customer engagement and lifecycle value.
• Schedule and deploy email blasts, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Implement strategies to grow email lists through lead generation and nurturing.
• Explore and implement AI-powered solutions for email marketing.
• Track and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Create and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant email marketing regulations.
• Coordinate with Support Teams, as well as other relevant teams, to promptly address and resolve any email platform-related issues.
• Schedule regular calls with the Success Managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in email marketing to improve efficiency.

Requirement

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho are an added advantage
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
